I get 5-10 emails per day from people all over the world asking me for help with cancer. I’m sorry I’m not able to answer them all. My intention with this post is to set you on the right course to eliminate or prevent cancer. On our current trajectory 3 out of 4 people in the industrialized nations will be diagnosed with some type of cancer.
The highest rates are in: Denmark, France, Australia, Belgium, Norway, United States, Ireland, Korea, Netherlands.
Lung, breast, bowel and prostate are the most prevalent cancers world wide. The biggest risk factors are, stress, obesity, processed food intake, sedentary lifestyle, vaccines, radiation from cell phone towers and wifi, smoking, drinking alcohol, processed sugar intake, hormones in meat, air pollution, chemicals in food, water and medicine, overeating, dis functional relationships, dehydration, viruses and lack of fresh air.
This list is just the most common and basic lifestyle choices and factors that need to be addressed and brought into awareness. It is by no means complete. Use your common sense.
Ok so that is the bad news. Now, what can we do about it?
How do we prevent or eliminate cancer?
Keeping your body clean and living a simple natural lifestyle is the only way. The industrialized, chemical and electronic era has all but severed our precious relationship with nature. We have not evolved fast enough to survive and thrive outside of mother natures ways. We must return to her. Here is the simple list of lifestyle factors and choices I am going to recommend to help you to prevent or eliminate cancer. Not necessarily in order. Do what you can with where you are right now. Detox your lifestyle.
1. Fresh air. The most important factor. Do the best you can to expose your lungs to as much fresh outside air as possible 24/7/365. Ocean air is very healing. Rivers, waterfalls and lakes release negative ions to help heal the lungs and purify the blood. Get to the trees and away from traffic to do your daily physical activity.
2. Pure water. Drink 32-64 oz of fresh pure water daily. Tap water with chlorine and fluoride is poisonous. Drink bottled water in glass or harvest your own from underground aquifers. Distilled or reverse osmosis is good. Flush your system with pure liquids to keep the blood clean and vibrant. It’s all about the blood and circulation.
3. Pure wholesome food. Our food quality has gone down hill since the 50s and continues to drop. We barely eat any real food anymore. Fresh organic fruits, nuts and seeds are our food and leafy green plants are our medicine. Eat as much of your food raw, alive, sprouted and cultured as possible.
Live food gives life. Cooked and processed food fills your stomach, but takes more life energy to process than it gives to your body and mind. Raw is the law of life. We need to wake up to this or we will destroy ourselves and the planet. Plant fruit trees and eat more fruit.
4. Rest, relax and rejuvenate. Your body cannot digest, assimilate or eliminate food when you are stressed. Your body cannot heal when you are in a fight or flight mode. It’s time to forget everything you’ve been programmed with about accumulating material possessions and SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE! We all need more time to rest our bodies and minds from the constant barrage of information and stimulation.
Get more sleep. The earlier you get to bed the more deeply you will sleep and the more refreshed you will feel in the morning. Get in bed when the sun goes down and turn off the electric lights. Electricity is destroying our natural connection with nature and her cycles. Emulate nature as much as you possibly can. Rest, relax and let go of tension. Meditate. Breathe.
5. Use herbs to cleanse and heal. Herbs are natures medicine. Use them when you are well and when you are not well. Herbal teas like the one in the picture above can neutralize wastes and alkalize an over acid system. Purity is formulated with several world renowned anti cancer herbs. It is good for daily use.
Green juices made from herbs are life enhancing elixirs. Herbs contain higher concentrations of bio available minerals which are necessary for electrical conductivity in cells and fluids. Chlorophyll is concentrated sunlight. Use more herbs daily!
6. Minimize wifi use and exposure. Keep cell phones away from your body as much as possible. Turn off wifi when you are not using it. Always turn off the wifi at night. The viruses in vaccines plus wifi = cancer. Do not be a Guinea pig for corporate profits. Remember when cigarettes were not harmful. Healthy radiation like sun, moon and starlight is good.
Go out into nature and leave your phone at home as much as possible. Keep the phone away from your testicles and breast. Do not put a phone near a babies head. Minimize your child’s cellphone use. Childrens skulls are thinner than adults and the radiation absorbs more deeply into the brain. Watch for the information coming down the pipeline on this subject. Think ahead on this one.
7. Avoid medical intervention as much as possible. Doctors are not trained in health. They only understand pills and surgery. Emergency medical care is awesome. General health and healing is not the domain of the pharmaceutical medical industry. You have to heal yourself with your own choices. Make good choices. Taking drugs and getting your organs cut out is not health.
If you are diagnosed with cancer get out of the hospital and away from doctors ASAP. Do not let them scare you into using their barbaric outdated treatments chemotherapy and radiation. They don’t work and they never will. They want the insurance money. The cancer treatments they are using shorten your life dramatically and you will die a horrible death.
Learn about cannabis oil for pain treatment. Go home and deal with all the all the mental, emotional and spiritual baggage you have accumulated in your life. Get some counseling. Change your diet now. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Walk in the fresh air and sunshine. Focus on what you are grateful for. Love heals. Love yourself. Forgive yourself and everyone. Pray for guidance.
Listen to your own quiet inner voice. Fast on green juices and herbal teas and let the emotional, mental and spiritual toxins dissolve. Deal with ‘your stuff’. These toxins are blocking your light.
